It was a sad day for me today. I cleaned the CL today because it was so nice and did a check of my fluids. I just happen to notice that my AEM intake was hanging a little. When I looked closer I saw the 90 degree tab had cracked at the weld and seperated. The intake was resting on the hole in the body for the stock air box and rubbed through creating a nice little hole. I just changed my oil 500 miles ago (3 weeks) and it was not broken then. I called AEM and they said it would be a warrenty issue and they would replace if I could find my recepit. Thats not gonna happen....

Luck would have it that I just traded my stock intake for a AEM V2. Now I read its not for my motor and only made for the CL-P but for the deal I couldn't resist seeing how it looks, sounds and feels. Should be in late next week, early the following.

The mount broke on my intake, but hasn't made a hole yet. I plan on using some JB weld to fix it.
