AEM #1 in Customer Service!
Last week, I discovered my CL-S's AEM Intake broken where the pipe's bracket mounted to the side of the pipe. Both myself and Steve at AEM (Warrenty Dept.) Agreed that the pipe was indeed installed incorrectly by the bodyshop that did my car repairs earlier this year. Basically he told me that No we cannot cover this under warrenty, However, I can write a letter to the boss and see if he can approve having a new pipe sent out.
Sure enough, It was approved and I have a new AEM pipe on the way. This is what I deff. all #1 customer service, Unlike that little FUckpunk chris Concor and his intakes.
All in all, I think I'll be buying AEM products for ALL my future applications.
And I cannot stress enough how gratefull I am of Steve and the extra mile he went to try and resolve MY problem, not theirs.
Thanks again AEM for being #1
