I would not stand waiting 29 days to get my trany replaced. I would call Acura Customer Service and raise hell. The dealer can take the trany from a new car in install in yours in one day.

I dont think they can do that. If you were to take a tranny out of a new car.....then that car would not be new anymore. When a part is on backorder there is nothing that can be done about it...I am meating with the reginal rep on the 30th about wether or not I have to pay my car note during the 30 days that the car was out.

For anyone who's car has been out of service for an extended period of time due to the back logged transmissions, definitely ask them to compensate you for the car payment(s) you made while not having the car. It doesn't matter that they gave you a rental. You bought a CLS to drive a CLS, not a POS rental car. They offered to comp me a car payment, but after almost 7 weeks out of service, they're getting my CL-S back to sell to another victim.

Man I would really like to go...I will have to see tho...there is a bunch going on that weekend because i didnt think I would have my car back. What is the time again?? I knoiw I cant believe I missed the last one...by like 30 min...bastards
