When i did mine i used WD40 to get the glue off and then i ran dental floss behind each emblem to get them off...then i used TUFF STUFF to get ne remaining glue off.....all the ones on the back come off WITHOUT alighnment pins except the acura symbol...

2) only the Acura 'A' Symbol leaves holes

its so ridiculously easy to get the emblems off!
you dont need to heat them up prior.
no need to use wd 40 before or after
just floss em off (sawing motion)
then use your finger and rub off the remainder
use soap and water if there is any left over (which will be very little)
and then wax over to protect

i have heard using a fishing line will take them off..i have never tried before..but i think u do it slowly and it will come off without sracth the paint..

Fishing line works. I used it on a Chevy Blazer but with the CL you can just pull it off. (i would not suggest it). Get some Goo Gone for glue that doesnt come off.
