Here is another link

It is expensive for that mileage and price, I would expect them to drop it down a couple thousand if they want to move it.

Sounds like thats the "MSRP" before bargaining type of price. This isn't like a "no haggle" price. You should be able to easily get the price down to $23k, and can probably argue the price down closer to $20-21k using some price comparative research. Many of the 2003 CL-S 6spds we've seen recently had 40-50k on the odometer. This car still has 1/2 of its manufacturer's warranty left (2 years or 25k), plus its Acura Certified Pre-owned so it should carry an additional warranty on it. $26k is definitely way too much, but you wouldn't be getting an awful deal at $23k.

i bought a 2003 CL-S Silver, auto, excellent condition ( i would say mint but it has one 1" scratch under the spoiler) with 9800 miles for 21500 in NJ. 9-30-04
A friend of mine at work bought a 2003 CL-S 24k miles for $22500. anthracite, manual. last week 11-15-04. his also has one very faint scratch on the rear bumper.

BOTH in NJ.

$26k is way too high unless it is brand new in which case why is it preowned.
