ACP vs Tirerack w/Koni Yellows

I getting ready to buy a full set (front and rear) of Koni Yellows for my Acura. At first i thought Tirerack had the best price at a total of $650. (with shipping)

Now i see that Autocarparts can get them here for $583. Not sure why there would be a $70 difference between the two sites.

I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with ACP regarding this product and how did everything turn out? Any help would be appreciated as i trying to get the order in before the weekend. Thanks.

Yeah, my old man just got his Koni's from ACP. No problems whatsoever and a great price. I think it took about 5 days to get them (Florida to Seattle).

you need to realize that tim SNOOK owner of ACP is one of the best ,when our site is down he makes room for us(also owner of acura-TL...and his track with customer service is second to none....nothing against dean when it comes to comptech stuff his price is hard to beat but if you want the smoothest transaction with top notch follow up(when nessecary) then go ACP ...i got mine from him...

Btw..how do the yellow's feel?.. I'm debating what to do... stereo.. or finish my suspsension. I'm currently dropped on Eibach pro kit. Is it going to be softer? ( on the softest?) and more smooth?. please respond if anyone knows.

To me the Konis are a little choppy over small pavement irregularities but absorb the big stuff fairly well. I would be interested in trying out some Bilstiens but I'm pretty happy with the yellows. On the higher settings the car is very tight and stable.

Darrin once i get my Koni's i plan on going to PAA to get a bunch of mods installed. I prefer the moderate drop the Comptech springs give so i'm going with those. CL does look hot when its dropped like the way you want to make it, but it just ain't for me.
