About to purchase 2001 Type S 36000m
I am about to purchase a 2001 type s with 36000 miles on it. Do I automatically get the remainder of the factory warranty and the extension on the transmission or do I have to transfer it through Acura?

you automatically get the warranty. w/ the extended on the tranny.

The warranty follows the car, not the owner. No need to transfer anything.
