I had the dealer I go to install new Super hyper-white Xenon Kryptonite brillian pro-race street bulbs last week. I bought them off ebay. The guy I bought them from, Xianjian Wang (Ask for Dragon Johnny). He says they are just like the expensive HID look that you see on exotic German imports but only at a fraction of the cost. The install itself didn't look too complicated. I couldn't go all the way into the service bay though. No one stopped me but they had a sign on the wall saying something about for insurance purposes only employees were allowed into the garage. I guess I could ask the guys at Jiffy Lube what they did. They did it during my 130,000 mile checkup. If I ever had to do it again, I think I could with little difficulty. I think my next project is going to be installing the indiglo emblem on the back of my Daihatsu. Anyone here ever done it before? Any tips?

If you mean the High Beams... I have the DiamondMaxx HID Charged bulbs in my Type S and they make a minimal amount of difference in the amount difference over stock but they look MUCH closer to the color of the HID low beams, rather the the yellow of stock.

I have the PIAA Ultra Platinum (I think? I changed a few different types the last I think were PIAA's though) on my GS300 and they are much brighter. But the downside is they are more on the turqoise color range then the true HID blue color.

It seems to be a lot brighter. When I changed from the stocks to the PIAA's, I could totally tell the difference. From the PIAA's to the Hiper's, I noticed that the PIAAs were a lot brighter, but I liked the way the hiper's looked.
