'99-03 TL Comptech Axleback won't fit 2nd Gen CL

I've been told that the TL's axleback will not fit perfectly on the CL. In addition, the tips stick out something like 2 inches too much.

Can anyone verify this?

Has anyone gotten the TL mufflers put on their CL's?

If I took it to a shop to get it customized would I need to cut the mufflers? (I wouldn't think so, I would think they would have to modify the B pipe in some manner).

i did a couple of searches on this, and kept finding the same info that they dont sit correctly.

you are correct. the mufflers will not fit "perfectly" flush.

The place that we went to customized the hangers for my CT Exhausts b/c they were from 02AV6's car.
