Here is a quick chart assuming a 7000 RPM Redline, wheel and tire combo with a 6.663 Foot circumference.
Gear Overall-Ratio MPH
1 12.924 41.0
2 8.143 65.1
3 5.586 94.9
4 4.108 129.0
5 3.207 165.3
6 2.534 209.2
Below is an Excel Workbook which you can vary the numbers if desired.

4th gear redlines at 120mph for me....
235/45/17x8
mantis,
not really an over drive but i can say that downshifting in the 4th gear at 80mph or so leaves you a tad outside of the powerband. Although i dare not mess a AT cls in third gear That final drive in the automatics makes a huge difference acceleration. Of course headers would help but still...... i caught to sevear beatdowns courtesy of Nitrotiger and Xenon7

Oh heh, in accelerating from 1st gear....4th gear isn't a issue like it was in the ATs, just in downshifting i wish i had more kick.
whoa waaaaaait min....4th at 60mph.....aren't your revs at like 2k?
if soooo....then i have more of a reason to be jealous

That is one extremely nice thing about the blower is the availability of torque at any rev. I have nearly 5 PSI boost at 2500 revs which allow me to pull with ease from down low.

1st - 3.933 - 40.45 mph
2nd - 2.478 - 64.20 mph
3rd - 1.700 - 93.57 mph
4th - 1.250 - 127.26 mph
5th - 0.976 - 162.90 mph
6th - 0.771 - 206.32 mph
Reverse - 4.008 (40 mph )
Final Drive - 3.286
These are the tranny ratios for the 6 speed, and the final drive ratio is the axle ratio. As you can see both 5th and 6th are below 1:1, thus they are overdrive gears. 5th is very much borderline of being overdrive, but technically it is.
When racing on the expressway I find it better to shift into 3rd as long at it isn't above 80mph. 80mph in 3rd is still only 5900 rpm, so there is still room to accelerate. 80mph in 4th is only 4400 rpm, so it doesn't get the nice jump that 3rd does. When I raced my gf's 03 Maxima I would slaughter her from 80mph if I dropped it to 3rd, but if I only dropped it to 4th I would only inch away. Her's is an auto and I'm pretty sure it only downshifted to 3rd. Now, also remember to make up for the short time in 3rd you gotta know how to shift really quick, or that gearing advantage will be wasted. I usually powershift (dont let off the gas) 2nd and 4th, just because they are easier to quickly than 3rd.
Edit, and by my calculations if you keep the stock size tires that is the top speed in each gear. Remember that's theoretical top speed, which neglects rolling resistance and wind drag.
