I was on the 15 south messing around with a Sentra SE-R with some mods when I pass this black 300c. I guess the roar of my intake called his attention cuz he started chasing after me. I turned my emergency lights on and slowed down for him. We lined up at around 80 mph and we both went WOT. I was pulling on him right after i floored it and I had 1 car(or maybe 1/2 more) on him by the end of 3rd. Soon as i hit 4th he passed me and pulled 1 car ahead of me easily. So after my third gear was done he instantly pulled 2 cars on me while my car was trying to hit vtec in 4th. After i hit vtec he wasnt pulling anymore and i stayed 1-2 cars behind him all the way till 130. I know 130 is dangerous but this was at 2 am and there were no cars around us.
After the first run he turned his emergency lights and hit the brakes. I guessed he wanted to go again and I got next to him again. This time we hit it from 70mph (i slowed down a little more so i could pull some more distance on 3rd lol) and results were similar only that this time i stayed closer to him after he passed me.
This was my first time racing the 300c and he really suprised me. They look slow and heavy but they really pull after hitting triple digits. Is the 300c faster than the Magnum RT?

You should have started the race around 45-50 mph. That way you could have used the good part of 2nd and would have had all of 3rd. 4th just plain sux.

Watch out for the SRT-8's...wouldn't even be close.

Yeah i figured i would have beat him if we started at lower speeds.... My CL just dies after 3rd gear (this was much worse b4 my headers).

However, I decided to stop once I got into 4th They're definitely alot quicker than they look, that's for damn sure.

How was the outcome against the Magnum RT? I think those cars have 340 hp and look so much better than the 300c.

pretty much same result....and there is a typo in my first post, I went to 110, not 120mph.
