3000gt NA auto vs me
one of my friend just got a 3000gt NA AT, he keeps saying he can beat me on the 1/4 mile, so we set up a time and we'll be heading to the track tommarow. His car is stock and i only have an icebox. No money was involved, cause we'll both clueless on who would win. Do u think i have a chance? thx in advance

As long as you get a decent launch, and a good R/T you should win. I beat an (older) turbo RX-7 who ran a quicker E.T. by getting a good reaction time and a not so great launch. Are you guys gonna compare E/T's or just straight up race to the line?

I've got a Dodge Stealth R/T non turbo auto which is virtually the same and you'll rape him. Love the look of my car but its way too slow. I think 1/4 in the 16's. No really aftermarket for the non-turbo.

actually the thats for the base model 1997 +
I have a base 1994 and its the DOHC 222hp.
the SOHC is 160(base 97-99), the DOHC (base 1991-1996, SL all) is 218-222 depending on the year and the vr-4 is 320. The SOHC engine didnt show up in production until the 1997 year.
