30,000 mi service at different dealer
I'm due for my 30,000 mile service and it is going to cost me $400+. I was wondering if I could go to a regular honda dealer and get the same service done for cheaper.
Thanks in advance

I went to the Honda dealer for my 30k checkup and saved a bundle. They had to order the in-cabin air filter special and that was it. I did not need engine air filter change where I have a CAI.
They did 20 point check plus tranny fluid, oil, and a few other things for around $105 I think.
I'll go to my Acura dealer for the 60k checkup where that is a major one. I'm putting off the 45k checkup items of changing coolant and brake fluid until 60k.
Hope this helps.

I am approching the 30K mile service too.
I would do half the service myself:
1) Clean my CAI filter
2) Oil and Filter: Purolator PureOne Filter and Mobil One oil.
3) Buy the cabin air filter from the dealer try the install it myself.
4) Free Wheels rotation at the Town Fair tire.
5) Buy honda ATF fluid and the change myself or do the dealers ATF flush below.
At the dealer:
5) Flushed ATF fuid change, if I do not do it myself.
What is left is the customery Voodoo dancing aroound your CLS:
like Brakes pad and Drive belt inspection ( what the heck)!
