Well I just drove the 3.5Altime auto... Well heres my little towards it...

First, the power, since its an auto, it has lots of kick in 1st and 2nd gear... But then on highway, it does not have as much torque as the Acura does, at least not after the VTEC kicks in... So the power i give it a 9.

Interior is OK, the seats are family type of seat... Steerling wheel has telescope!!!! Something Acura need to learn! But the driving position is really akward... It's either the steerling is too high or too low, but thats a personal prefrence! Once thing, once you sit in those seat, you will not be able to sit up straight to drive, cuz its kinda too soft like a Buick.

Control is bad in this vehicle... First, the control of the car is kinda funny... It feels like you floating around instead of driving around, thats a common Nissan thing... The suspension is ok for the car... BUT man, when you change lanes at 80mph, you feels like its hard to control into the exact point you want... The steering wheel is one funny thing... You can only turn it one 360 and a 90degree... Thats it, such a small turning radius... I cant even make a U-Turn into a two lane rd... Which even a Van can... Amazingly small.


but thats not worse, the price will make your mouth drop! A loaded 3.5SE with leather, ABS, Auto, cold weather pkg, etc, same equip as CL/TL (exclude memory seat, power passanger seat, wood, TCS/VSA), its priced at $28550, and thats WITHOUT HID option yet! I was like HOLY COW!!!! With Xenon, will run about $29000, for a Altima??


Next to it, a Maxima GXE with almost same features, with 16", HID, power seat on both side, 6 disk, etc... Just missin leather and sunroof, priced at $25100.... Which would you pick???
