2003 CL-S Questions!!!

I'm almost ready to buy a 2002 CL-S until I heard about the 6-speed coming out in March.

Some questions I have that you may not know but I would like estimates anyways:

1) What do you think will be the cost of the 2003 CL-S?

2) Is it confirmed yet that it will have 295 HP?

3) Will the exterior be different?

4) What other changes have you heard of?

5) Do you think I should wait and hold off to buy the 2003?

Hello and welcome to the board. The best way to get all your answers without smart@$$ remarks is to do a search. The 2003/ 6MT topic is very common lately.

1) I was told the 6-Speed may be “slightly” higher because it is a limited production.

2) NOT confirmed, but I am hoping it is true.

3) YES

4) 1.21 Giga-Watt power plant, 22” Chrome wheels and 4-Wheel Drive option (Just kidding )

5) That's up to you.

If the 6 speed is extremely important to you then you should wait. If not, i'd just get a 2002 or even check for remaining 2001s.
Some people who have bought recently are getting great deals. Bear in mind that the 6 speed will be limited and you will pay a premium. In my opinion, the 5 speed auto is fine and with the big savings you can invest in mods, go over 300 h.p. and still be way ahead in $$. Just my .02. Good luck and welcome.
