I just saw another 2003 CL type S today but it did not have the little nub for Onstar. Does this only come with Navigation? I am not sure if it had navi or 6spd. It was next to me today and was the exact same looking car but not Onstar nub????

All the 2003’s with NAV have the OnStar “nipple” on the roof.

So then what you are saying is if you don't have Navi then you can't get onstar?

That's right. OnStar depends on GPS info for vehicle tracking and emergency assistance, so no GPS, no OnStar.
