Auto or 6MT?
Sounds like a fueling issue to me though.

No check the engine light.I will check all the coil packs and see if any are soft.I do use aftermarket oiling full synthetic oil 5-W30 with K&N oil filters always.

i have done headers, CAI, tb spacer, thermal gaskets, p2r plenums, catch cans, ud pulley, high flow cat, and ct mufflers..
and never had one issue with the car .
and all the mods were done at different times,, with at least a week or 2 minimum apart from one another.
i would not point at the mods.
im guessing wonky coil pack. but then again it could be fuel related IE a relay on it's ends or something of that nature..
i have a relay going for my DRL they work sometimes then don't work the odd time.. i hate intermittent shit

The diaphragm is rubber and could tear. Its possible (though unlikely) that it can get blocked.
Its also worth noting that my regulator was aftermarket, but the pump at the time was OEM. It had 104k miles on it when it died. I had the same symptoms OP is describing though, and there was no CEL.

Bucks?
Im horrible at descritions but ill give it a try. Ill hit the gas then it will try to go but lose motion then pull and cut back a again really fast for about 4 reps of that pattern then go. Example u ever floored the car in neutral or park and hit the rev limitier? Well it does that same patter but in motion instead.Hope this gives a clear idea

Check engine light? Im starting to wonder if it has anything to do with the TPS.

Mine does the same thing, but rarely. I will be going about 45 mph and suddenly it feels like the engine slows down and it bucks for 2 seconds and then is back to normal. It is usually a few minutes after I've started driving.
has something to do with the gears getting proper lubrication?
clogged injector maybe? I tried seafoam I haven't had a problem since that I can remember.
The car is running a little rich, but I have just bolt-ons so I don't think it's that.
