The 2002 Civic Si comes with a K20A, which is the engine that comes in the base RSX. The Si tranny will have shorter ratios, though.

The B16's, B18's, H22's, J32's, etc. are all "legacy engines" to Honda Corporate. They're phasing-out these counterclockwise-turning engines and their respective trannies in favor of the F20 and K20 clockwise engines and respective trannies. (Everybody is waiting for the clockwise V6 to debut in the new Accord.)
