They are just another wheel company.. their claim to fame is that they spent a lot of money on advertising around DUB ie 20 inch rims.
KMC has a lot of 20 inch wheels with chrome so people can be bling (look rich).
It's pop culture: DUBs are what symbolizes that you are in the mix like the rappers say.
you can get them if you want... but remember some of these wheel manufacturers really don't spend any time in making the wheels true. Niche is a good example... you pay a lot of money for them and you can never balance them correctly...
So buyer beware... If you are looking for 19" inch wheels for you car get something that is forged lightweight or a 3 piece.
