and how much do you weigh if u dont mind me asking...

does anyone know if its wise to drop the tire pressure to 20 psi on low profile tireS (40 )?.. b/c i got my rims on already..
will my 18s slow me down even though its much lighter than the stock wheels/tires setup??!.. cant get better than 15.0xx last year.. but it was pre headers and i had almost 1/2 tank and the spare in trunk... and 18s.. and im not light.. +) help pls....
i just took the spare out, i still had the trunk tray and a bunch of towels, and a bunch of light shit in the trunk.

i only weight 135-140ish so that helps i guess

18's prolly will slow u down, it matters how much they weigh though

i didnt break torque on my 2.2 60 foots, when i break torqued i went 2.4 and sometimes 2.6 on my 60 foots

But when you do, be sure to take some movie clips!
no thanks, the spare is enuff. i think even using drag radials is cheating not to mention any names ( rob g and allmotor)

I doubt it. I had a CLS with OBX headers, ran a 14.4, yet the Z feels faster. There are MANY Z's pulling high 13's at the track stock.

Not saying it isn't possible, but doubtful if the Z is well driven

my best run is a 14.3....it was around 60 degrees outside also. i cant wait to get back to the track when it begins to get colder...although i hate the cold. how much does it cost to have the crank pulley installed at the dealer compared to an import store?

you should be fine, but just to be sure check your tire on tirerack.com or somethin, justr donbt go under 15psi in the front.
if you can hook up well(2.2 60') at 25psi thats even better, cause the lower the tire pressure the lower your trap is, so u wanna experiment and get the best level

True, but thats a big "if". Most I'd say are not well driven.

the spec for your tites at www.tirerack.com, it prolly has the max and min #'s for the psi on your tire

if u cant hook up at 25 psi try 20 then, but if u can pull 2.2 60's w/ 25psi thats your best bet
