12 Second 1/4 2003 Acura CL Type S 6-Speed

Is it possible? What mods do you think you would need? With using stock tranny and engine.

Lets say that it has 295 hp, stock. +20 (headers) +4 (exhaust) +8 (CAI) +15 (RES) +10 (RES' Cousin) = almost 360hp!

That should get you in 12's, but if it was still FWD, it would be fucking hard to control. If it was AWD and had all of the above + 3.5 upgrade and S/C. Holy Shit, your pullin almost 450 hp!!!!

Add all performace mods inlcuding RES and MM-2 and Instlall the Comptech SuperCharger and you could see low 13s at 110 MPH.

12 sec probably will never happens... It's not Z06 after all.

It seems that you need to know that he Z06 with 405 and rear wheel drive and big fat ass Supercar tires just do the 1/4 mile at 12.4 @ 116. The ZO6 is also 440 lbs lighter!

Really? 12.4? I would have certainly guessed that it was faster than that. Oh well, I am basing my opinion on my belief that the 6-speed will be based on the next gen CL platform, and will not just be shoehorned into the current model. Furthermore, I think that this platform will be substantially smaller and lighter, with AWD and 295 hp. I agree with soopa, VTM-4 took too much effort for Acura to develop, so they want to get as much out of it as possible. The only problem is VTM-4 is a little too front biased for my tastes.
