'03 headlights on a '01 CL?

'03 headlights on a '01 CL?
do these headlights fit in perfectly? or are there alterations needed in order to fit correctly? the only difference i could tell was that the housing was black, so im guessing these fit in perfectly

SFLA, you should paint the black plastic next to your roadlamps, and prolly take the roadlamps out. I think the black spots look better on white than the roadlamps themselves do.
