Standard fuel injection systems can adjust up to about 6psi. They do this from factory on most any fuel injected cars to be able to compensate let's say for high speeds on the highway or elevation as well with forced induction. Anything over that and the Ecu can not compensate for it. Also with a standard FPR you will run lean under boost usually over 2-3psi so you need a rising rate fuel pressure regulator to compensate for the lack there of of fuel pressure along with a pump. I have mine set at 55psi under wide open when the stock wide open is 47-54. I watched it all on my verus and the fuel trims are good and the Ecu is able to adjust injector pulse width to where it needs to be. For now after seeing that I have just a basic air to fuel ratio run off my primary O2 but I plan to get wideband so I can see faster reaction time. As for the time at the track I was doing a rolling start with no boost on launch. It's a large turbo so I have to spool up. I was doing rolling none boosted starts adjusting fuel pressure from 50-55-60psi comparing times so I can see where fuel pressure is at. I then liked it around 50psi so I started spooling and got a cold launch and got maybe 25ft and snapped the axle clean. I see no problem with running lean if anything I'm rich on initial start up in open loop until then ECU switches to closed loop getting a reading of where it wants to settle at. Any more questions and I'm free to answer. Sorry for not being on here much. Very busy with work.

Good stuff! Keep us updated. I just picked up a cls6 this year and like where this is going. Good luck. Btw I snapped an axle a month after i bought the car, the car is 12+ years old. I don't know how much power new ones would hold upto, but I would bring extras next time you go to the track.

Wow, I'm going to have to do this. I already have the AEM EMS 2 setup complete, now I just need some boost.
I was looking into superchargers, but your turbo setup looks totally feasible. Plus with the EMS for a proper tune, I might actually be able to see what a highly boosted J can do!
