03 Acura Cl shuts off while driving ?
I drive a supercharged 03 Acura Cl s m/t. Yesterday while driving back home from work car shutts off on me. I turned the car back on an it shut off again, then after that it turned of fine, but idk if my ignition switch it's going bad or I have a vacuum leak. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

In the 7 years/90K miles I have had the S/C'er, the engine suspiciously quit two times. During both of those times, I would be coming off a prolonged cruise at highway speed (75-80mph) decelerating/downshifting down an off-ramp of a highway. As I would downshift to third gear, approaching a stoplight intersection, I would push the clutch in, drop the tranny in neutral, the rpms would drop and the engine would stall. It would be very apparent that the engine would stall because I would still be rolling and could feel the power steering get tough to handle as I stopped.
However, upon coming to a full stop, the car would fire-up with no further problems thereafter.
It has happened so infrequently, that I can't recall the particular dates.
It may be the items you suspect above and/or you may want to check the fuel relay switch if the car has been in the heat as well.![Dunno](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/dunno.gif)
Good Luck.

I actually had the same problem and after extensive troubleshooting and part replacing it turned out to be the Comptech ESM. The voltage on it was pretty low and after replacing it, it hasn't stalled once. Definitely one of the more frustrating car problems I've had because it wasn't the first thing that came to mind. If it comes back, you may want to check the voltage on the esm.

from my experience its either the fuel pump relay or the IACV.
when they start to go bad:
THE Fuel pump relay generally acts up in hot weather/sunny hot day while the IACV acts up in cold weather or at low rpm especially when the car is not warmed/up to running temp
