Ok, I figured out that my rear bearings are shot... any suggestions where to buy replacements from? I just gor my new tranny installed over the weekend & they found some other "issues" I also need a new front motor mount & rotors. ANy suggestion where I can buy parts from or suggestions. I have about 90k any other maintanence things I should be looking at ...plugs? & what type.

At 90K, make sure your pcv valve has been changed recently.
Seafoam your engine, put it in your pcv valve and the crank case.

how did u no the rear wheel bearings were bad? I have like a knocking noise coming from the rear of my car and i cant figure out waht it is

well, first thought it was my trans... which it was also but I can hear & feel the drag from the bad bearings & a whiney sound at 30 & above.
