01 CLp idle problem ( idling issue )

I have an idling issue with my 01 CL. I've been searching the forum a lot, but haven't found anyone with the same problem that I have. Now I thinking of taking it to the stealership for a diagnostic.
... So I need this forum's help before I go crazy...

I'll try to describe the prob:
1) The rpms surges from 800rpms to 900rpms only in drive if my foot is on the brakes at a stop light. And the car lunges forward every two seconds
* the car does this when the engine is cold and also after a long run on the highway.
2) When I start the engine in the morning it does not act up in park, reverse nor neutral. With my foot on the brake and I move the shifter to D5, D4 or D3 this idling issue immediately starts. But down in the " 1<>2 " slot its fine. It weird.
3) I also have this issue when the car is in shiftable gate.
4) There is also a little hesitation during acceleration, when I'm trying to accelerate smooth and slowly.

--- To solve the prob I've done the following:
Changed spark plugs
Drain and refill tranny fluid
Change engine oil
Clean IACV with brake cleaner

To no avail because I still have the prob.
Please help!!!

Are you throwing a code? If you don't have an engine light on, don't bother going to the dealership. Code's can speak volumes, but without that your throwing parts at it.

If its only doing it in gear, maybe its not getting a signal somewhere to let the ecu know its in gear?

Have you checked tps voltage or that the ICAV is even working properly .
Because you cleaned it does not mean it is working corectly.

No i'm not throwing any codes

That's true, it could be a electrical signal not being sent or a valve not opening.

Yeah i've heard of instances where people have cleaned their iacv and the problem is still there and after they buy a new one and install it the problem goes away.

I brought it to a mechanic and he says its most likely the iacv, because my car is idling 2 low. So i'm gonna bring it back to him saturday.
