*help, 6mt swap in and running but lots of bugs

Well we got the swap in and running great over the wkend. Drove the car all last night and to work today. However I've noticed a few bugs that need to be fixed so here it goes. The air for hvac blows only out the left vent, no matter what setting its on (high, low, mid, defrost). Pretty sure the a/c doesnt work either, didnt hear the compressor kick on. I think this may be due to the fact that I used the upper/lower dash harnesses from an 03 navi cls and I don't have navi. Didn't use any other harnesses. Does anyone know if the harnesses are the same between navi and non navi? Or does the nav run off a separate harness? I'm also missing the plug for my clock which also could be related to the nav. We are going to further troubleshoot tmrw, but just wanted to see if anyone had an answer. I will say though, the 6mt is a BEAST, I did headers/crank pulley, and she pulls very nicely. (mechanically the car is sound) just parked right now due to a dead batt which i'll get tmrw. Thanks

Im not sure why the air would blow out only the left vent since the HVAC cant control left/right air, only feet, dash, and defogger vents.

When i did none navi to navi swap, i think there was little differences between two. If i remember correctly, i had to tackle some wires. but i'm not 100% sure though. I hope you figure it out soon.

The navi controls some of the HVAC controls so that maybe why you are having problems there. But you should have figured that out when the harnesses weren't plugging into the HVAC controls.

You should of left your old dash harness in and just converted the "A" plug to the "E" plug so it would plug in to the 03' CL-s 6spd ECU.
