went to get the car tuned today and here is what i found out. after changing the clamp voltage from 2.70v to 2.75v to 2.80v and back to 2.70v it didn't make a change in power.

i've come to the conclusion that going WOT with 100% load will not make a different on what voltage you have clamp as long as the ECU doesn't see anything above 0.

my guess is that it's more for part throttle and less load where the ECU adds timing as it reads pressure approaching 0.

^^ No. Bigguyonbike is correct.... stupid of me car used fixed maps during WOT operation (unless the map sees boost... then it cuts off)

i'm just going to set the clamp to 2.80v since comptech recommend 2.84v for the best performance. hopefully seat of the pants can tell the difference.

The E-manage clamp voltage is different than the ESM clamp voltage...

They do the same thing... but the voltage is different because of the ground reference.... its about 100-200mV off

What do you need to change? I noticed based map supplied was too reach for me even with IC. I pulled the fuel at low, mid-range and it works fine with mid-high 11s AFR. In addition, I set retard timing to 0 except starting from 6K all the way to redline from -1 to -3 degree max.

However, since I'm doing 3.5L swap I plan to use e-manage only up top with larger injectors at lower FP and different FPR.

I would set to 0 all the way and start retard timing from 6500 to 7000rpm on yours. Mine set from 6000 to 6500 (lower redline). Will send tonight.
