I pay $450 a month for insurance...Do any of you guys have an insurance company that provides low rates.

I have a "couple" of tickets and one accident on my record, but this still seems like an awful lot to pay for insurance.

Progressive cut my rates nearly in half compared to State Farm.

Try Liberty Mutual. And if you're still in school with a GPA over 3.0 you get a big ass discount.

Right now I'm with a company called Fireman's Fund. Have any of you guys heard of them?

I'll try Liberty Mutual and Progressive, but I doubt they'll offer me a deal...I have about 6 tickets.

BTW I'm 23, single, white male...do I get any discounts for that

Damn! I thought I was getting raped! I'm paying $130/month from Geico...I've had no problems with them so far. Btw, I'm 25 and my record is pretty clean..

single white male? what the hell is this, personals?

i think it's those 6 tickets that are killing you...unless you switch to liability which you can't if you are leasing or financing, it's gonna be pretty tough to find cheap rates.

i used to work at an insurance firm and the cheapest rates were usually aig, but usually for non-standard liability policies.

by the way, i'm 23sm who likes to travel, cars, and cuddling, looking for a blonde swf, 23-25...no kids.

Go to lowestpremium.com and fill out the online app. They will give you quotes from a number of companies and you can just check out the rates without having to choose one or be contacted... Also, insweb.com is a good site.

Fireman's fund is a good insurance co but they aren't very friendly to tickets and such. Try to slow down a bit

I am 22 in Northern California and I pay $108/month with a clean record.

I'm being sarcastic since single white males get raped on insurance...Especially when they're young like me.

Thanks for the info though...
