A few dealers around me also never heard of that price.

I had an oil change done and they had the wheel in a TL-S. I think its one of those you like it or hate it thing.

[b]a local dealer is selling them for 325.

i actually need help in justifying the purchase. i really like the soft leather, if you can call it that, of the steering wheel. it absorbs the moisture from you hands and so forth. i put my wrist on the top while driving so it serves as a cushion.

however, visually, the black wood steering wheel is more appealing. unfortunately the steering wheel does not include the airbag with the plastic logo on it. i believe the black wood steering wheel would scratch easily, and wouldn't be as comfortable as the leather. oh well these are my assumptions and most likely are incorrect. can somebody clarify please! thanks.

i have the blackwood wheel and i love it, even though you clean a leather wheel, it still shows wear after a while, the only drawback to the blackwood wheel is it gets hot in the sun (ouch) as for dealers not knowing the price, the acura woodgrain promotion is going on, EVERY dealer got a package in the mail regarding special pricing until the end of sep, now maybe they want to sell it for full retail and keep the extra profit?????? , i don't know, just start calling all your local acura dealers, and ask they about the promotion, just ask them for the best price they will go down to

My mistake, the wheel cost $330.00. I called around several dealer without much help. I then called Chris (acura_service) and gave me the info.

When you order tell them that it is promotional code P231, this should get you the price. If you are in So Cal go to Weir Canyon they know of the promotion. If you need a copy e-mail at work (grey.firestone@oomc.com) me with your fax number and I will fax it over to you.
