Winter is just around the corner and I'm really in need of some tires... I found a set for a good price and was wondering if they would work.. I'm fully stock and just need some winter rubber before the snow actually gets here...

Pirelli 210 winter tires 17 " 225/55 R17

I've done a lot of searching and reading in the tire threads and was not able to find a similar setup...

That is ALLOT bigger than OE, 26.8" diameter versus the OE 25.5". You may get a way with it as long as your at stock height; maybe someone here has actually tried that size. Also, being that wide, they wouldn't be the best performers in the snow (remember when it comes to snow treads, narrower is better).
