yes, they will technically fit, but the tires will be stretched due to the wider TL rims.

Thanks. I just mounted some 215 Yokes on my TSX rims, but was thinking of getting the TL-S rims. Maybe not...

The 215s will have a noticable angle inward. The stock tires on the TL (235s) have that. I always like to have the tires overhang the wheel a little. IMHO it looks better and protects against curbage.

Stock TSX tires would fit on 17x8 wheel, yes, but as has been said there would be increased risk for curbage due to less tire width. I'd run 235s to be safe.
