Will I rub??
I've read through the tire and wheel selection thread, and it's left me with a "could go either way" feeling about this combo...
The wheels I'm looking at are 18x8 with an offset of 41. I'm dropped on Koni Yellows with Comptech springs. I don't know how many inches of drop that is, but I'd say it's a bit more than the A-spec. I have about a 2 finger gap.
Does anybody have this same setup? Who thinks I'm going to rub?
If I can get away with this setup it will save me lots of money

I think you'll be too close.
You have a big gap, over an inch, so you might not rub.
But I bet you'll stick out past the fenders.
Or maybe you'll be completely flush.
I'd say no.
Go with an offset of more like +45 or higher if you want to be safe.
Remember our stock is only 7 inches wide with a +55 offset.

My other alternative is buying the wheel in the correct offset but wrong color and paying to have each one powdercoated.

theres way too many factors... suspension tire choice yadda yadda... I read people runnin more and more aggressive with no problems.. I personally running 18x8 18x9 +45 with a 235/40 tire with no rubbing issues at all... and I'm LOW... with such a mild drop there should be no issues...

I'm on 19x8 +49 offset shoes with 235/35 rubbers with some tein flex and only rub when in a turn on local streets and if there is a slight bump in the pavement during the turn.. I live in NY so that is expected with these crappy streets but what can you do..
