Will 2007 TL-Type S rims fit on 2005 TSX?

The specs on the TL wheels are 17x8, 45 offset; tires 235/45 R17

The specs on the TSX wheels I currently have are 17x7.5, 55 offset.

Can anyone let me know? I dont want any rubbing issues or it looking funny. Thank you!!

It should fit without any problems. Even if you are lowered.

I ran that same package on my 05 for awhile. I'm lowered maybe a little more than Aspec and I rubbed slightly in back once in awhile (with OE spec camber). They look good, but they're heavy. If you run a little extra negative camber, you shouldn't have a problem.

I'm in the same shoes. I am thinking of buying some TL Type-S wheels for my 07 TSX. If it fits, I guess it fits. One dealership says they don't (but that's just one dealership). I know the width of the wheel is just slightly bigger. Would it bulge out of the fender or still be aligned with the fender?

I got the TL Type-S wheels installed on my 07 CGP TSX. It looks nice with the CGP TSX. I'll try to take some pictures.

I know this is an old thread, but I just found a nice used low mile 06 TSX 6MT and figured I would try a set of the Chinese reproduction wheels, for $475 total to my porch it was worth a shot.
Here's the link https://www.wheelership.com/new-17-x-8-alloy-replacement-wheel-for-acura-tl-type-s-2007-2008-rim-71763.html. I did buy correct genuine Acura center caps part no. 44732-SEP-A00 for $104 total

I had them mounted with the stock 215/5-17 tires since they had lots of tread left and will eventually replace them with 235/45-17 when they wear out.

The rims came packaged really well and have a good finish. I think they are a little heavier than the original Enkei TL-S wheels but its not that important to me on a daily driver.

They bolted right on with stock lug nuts and work fine with no rubbing or other problems.

wow nice.. they look just like OEM! if i were you, i wouldn't go larger than 225 tires. i had 235 on a slightly lowered tsx, and i would rub on hard turns and various angles and dips... i now ride 225/45/17 with 1 finger gap, and i think it's perfect. check out my car...

Thanks for the advice and experience! I wonder if 225-50-17's would work? I don't need lower profile really and maybe that size would fit the additional 1/2" of rim width better.
