Wheel Help? Mugen GP or Volk RE30's
So I Have a PWP 08 TSX and I'm trying to pick out wheels...
I want to go 18's... But now I'm down to these two choices...
Mugen GP...
Gun Metal
or
Bronze
Volk RE30
Bronze or flat Black
and this isn't a question of price cuz that doesn't matter...its about which is going to look better...

I voted for the Mugen GP in Gun Metal!
BUT! There is this brand called K.speed that makes high quality Mugen replicas, and I believe they have the Mugen GP replica, and it looks pretty good, comes in gunmetal and bronze too I believe, you'll have to do a search in google for K.speed, but I think its A LOT cheaper than going with real Mugens, but that's just me, and I'm just a miser lol.

voted Mugen GP bronze. because i love mugen and bronze. The RE30s are meh...
I would get the mugen GP, but I'm not feeling the offset and would prefer an 8 inch width. An offset inbetween +45 and +40 would be good.
not a TSX but here's some pics of my buddy's PWP RSX with bronze ce28n's (gives you an idea of what bronze on pwp looks like)
a link to the rest of the pix...

Is waiting in
At first I wanted to get the Mugen GPs in this finish
But then I thought everyone with a Civic will be out to get them, being that the Mugen Civic was released and also the 7.5 wheel width isn't enough for me. However it is MUGEN...
RE30s made their debut; but I didn't like them at first, however they've grown on me, especially after seeing this.
I'm saving up for these in 17(or 18) x 8+38 in Diamond Black or maybe even Gold although I went the Gold route already.
Like I said before, you can't go wrong with either because they both will look good. & I like your taste in rims..

^I agree, but there's also replica RE30's out. The real reason to buy the authentic versions is for their strength (forged) and their relatively low weight.
Also, have you ever eaten at "Ro Sun" (sp?) in Toronto? Ate there after the club when I was up there last weekend, nice place..

If that's the case then go w/ something lighter and cheaper. I would hate to curb or bend Volk wheels.
Have you thought about getting gram lights? Those are definitely much cheaper than volk and also lighter wheels. Also, you won't feel as bad if you curb them.
