Doesn't anyone know a dealer in the US supplying WedsSport Tc-005's?

Another Question:

Would a 17x7.5 with a +48mm offset be of concern for a camber problem if the tsx was dropped about 1.8 f / 1.5 rear inches?

That's a very good fitment for the car. You shouldn't have any problems with rubbing. The wheels don't help your camber though, you'll still need a camber kit to bring the camber back to stock specifications.
