We all knew it would happen....

I said i'd cross this bridge when I got to it. (I knew it was comming)
Im @ the toll booth.


Discount tire direct said these wheels are discontinued...

Lovely!

So I have three possible places to go in order to have them fixed which is basically have blow torch put to them and banged back into place with a piece of wood & a Mallot/Sledge Hammer

Ok...Now the kick in the d!ck!



The outer lip is not the out lip. There is a shinny cover over the real rim.

Has anybody ever has a rim like this bent and fixed it. Or will I be the first.

It can be fixed, Guy in cincy does em for about $100 prob the same where ever you are at, just got to find someone.


Guy i use has a hydraulic press, whats with this Wood + Mallot crap?

Oh the wood thing, Ive seen it done. I dont approve of it but ive seen it done. Happens all to often.


Prices Ive been quoted are from 75-125.
Maybe I can find a place with that hydraulic press in New York
