Using 06 Accord Wheels on 04 TSX
I am looking to buy winter tires and wheels. Person is selling me an 06 wheel from his honda accord that has 5 x 114.3 lug pattern. the tires are 205/60 R16.
Seems like it would fit the TSX but concerned of clearance with brakes.
Some feedback would help if they are compatible with my 04 TSX. Thanks.

I'm quite sure the Accord has smaller front brakes, but that doesn't automatically mean that the wheel won't fit. But... unless you find someone with a TSX and is running the exact same wheel, there's probably only one way to check for fit..... try it (and only on front should do it).

I believe it should work. The '04-08 TSX OEM wheels (7- and 9-spoke) have the same wheels specs as the 06-07 Accord V6 wheels (17x7et55), so it would seem that the wheels would be interchangeable . I know you were looking at the 16" wheels, which also has an offset of 55mm, so it should work as well. But again, there may be the issues with the brakes .... OR I would just say try the recommendation by Simba.....
... at least the hub diameter is the same

What size tires are these? I'm thinking of using RSX wheels on my 07 TSX for a softer ride, but it's my understanding that installing incorrect size tire could screw up the dinamic stability system. Going over Chicago potholes on the OEM 17 is like driving a Hyundai

Almost Doctor
You should never run tires that are more than +/-3% difference in circumference. On a 16" RSX wheel, you'd probably want to run 205/60-16 which comes out to a 0.866% difference...almost spot on.
