Tires: Yoko Avid V4S vs. Bridgestone Turanza LSV
Please let me know if any one has a real comparison on these two tires. I am looking to replace the OEM Michelins after 30,000 miles. The Yoko ($114 per) are cheaper than the Bridgestones ($145 per). I am mainly on the highway and I am looking for a smooth quiet tire.

I had turanza LSV on my TL before, it was great. excellent traction on wet and dry surface and quiet. but worn out fast. i only have it for 40000 miles and it was almost undrivable in snow.

I have the Yokohamas on my Silverstar rims and they are a good tire. Treadwear is 500 but they still stick reasonably to the road. I believe www.tirerack.com has them for $104. I used to have them on my probe also and were grest on that too. IMHO they are the best bang for your buck

I've got the yokohamas now. Here is my writeup/review on them. I've got maybe 1000 miles on them now and still loving them.
