Just use a good guess when you're installing your suspension, then after the car is on the ground, measure the gaps and see how much you need to adjust it. Then jack the car up and adjust the spring perches accordingly.

You'll be able to get close during the install but it won't be 100% perfect until you can adjust it on the ground. Adjusting it once you get it on the ground is part of the installation.

The reason you are getting a coilover is the ability to set it to the exact height you want.

Just tell the guys at the shop that you want a 1 finger (or 2 finger) gap all the way around on each wheel. It's better to do this instead of telling them that you want the front dropped X inches and the back dropped X inches.

Either way, make sure you understand how to adjust the suspension before you leave the shop. It's not too hard.

SS drops the front anywhere from 12mm to85 mm, or 0.47"to 3.35".
The rear is down 15mm to 61mm, or .6" to 2.4".

The Basic uses the same springs and strut, and the drop is the same. Just no damper adjustability.

The Basics have no damper adjustment; they're preset at medium.

You can adjust height to your heart's content though.

Glad you got them! Thanks for ordering!

Hey, check out Tein's specs...

http://www.tein.com/acura.html

If you follow the installation instructions to the tee......the SS will drop the car 2.0 in the front and 1.6 in the back.

I would tell them to follow the instructions exactly, and them move the collars down about 1/8" if you want it lower.....

The factory settings put the car at a really nice level....
