Tein install question

Hey everybody, i just purchsed the Tein Basics from user Joerockt and i am going to be installing them myself. I have experience installing the spring/shock combo but not coilovers. I searched whether i will need to remove the top mount from the current suspension and install it on the tein's. I found 2 threads, and both had a half way answer and i just wanted to get things clear. All help is appreciated, thanks.

the answer is yes, you will need to remove the top mounts from the stock suspension and install them on the Teins.

Use a good spring compressor and be safe. It sounds like you know what you're doing, not implying you don't, just cautioning you in case you don't know. Good luck, they're a pretty straightforward install.
