summer tire pressure question

i see the max PSI on the side wall for the OEM michelins is only 41. this is the max for cold tires right, before driving?? or the max overall?

if you have 32 psi at 30 degrees when its gonna be in the 90s the psi will be about 38, and like 44-46 when driving. so do most people let some air out for the summer?

i just left it alone year round in my maxima but the max psi on the bridgestones was 51psi.

ye i know its a dumb question, just never saw such a low for max tire pressure as these shiity michelins.
