stupid question, I know...but..........

How bad does your cars handleing suffer when it's lowered and you have to drive in the snow? I have a 93 wrangler for when it's bad, but with my commute, I'd rather be in my tsx. I don't like the stock set up and am considering a tein kit. any thoughts???

I don't think the handling in the snow will suffer simply b/c your car is lowered.

Handling benefits will remain the same. The negative issues are obviously things like ground clearance, and an amplification of the tendencies of your car. For instance, if you set up your suspension to handle in a more neutral fashion on dry pavement, in the snow, this could cause your car to be more prone to oversteer than the stock set up. This in itself does not mean the handling is poor.

The good thing about Tein coilovers is that they are all height adjustable. Therefore, you can simply raise your car during the snow season.

I drove my last car (93 Honda Civic coupe) for 2 winters on a lowered suspension (H&R Sports with KYB AGX) with all-season tires and fared better in the snow than even people in SUVs. That included driving through unplowed streets in 6"+ snow.

The only thing you have to remember is to drive smooth and you should have no problems in the snow ever.
