Spring Installation, Top Hats?

Spring Installation, Top Hats?
Hey guys,
Anyway spring being right around the corner, I am getting ready to get my shock and spring combo installed, quick question if I use my OEM top hats, will there be any issues in squeaking or clunking? or would it be a direct swap onto the new suspension. Do you guys recommend me buying new top hats for the install, or re-using my vehicles OEM top hats?
Picture just for fun;
Anybody know how much a set of new top hats would set me back? is it recommended?

Having gone through this a number of times, I'd recommend buying another set of top hats and having the struts fully assembled before you start working on your car. Getting the springs on is easily the bitchiest part of the job (unless you break something) and having it out of the way before your car is half taken apart is a major stress reducer.
The other advantage is that if you ever need to swap your old suspension back in, it's all there and ready to go. You can probably change all the struts out in about 4 hours if you know what you're doing and you have everything ready.
If it's your first time doing this, make sure you've got two days where you won't need to move your car and another ride available in case something breaks.
