A-Spec Suspension

I've been searching throughout this forum, and I'm sure somebody has asked this question.
I was wanting to know how the a-spec suspension compares to the stock suspension as far as ride quality. I don't want something that is too stiff, yet would like a little lower stance. Any answers?

My A-Spec pretty much feels like stock.

from what i've read, it's slighty stiffer than stock, and the drop isn't too significant (although the actual drop after it settles seems to vary among members). there have been a few threads discussing the a-spec suspension and owners talking about the difference before and after installing them.

The only specs we have are on the 04-05 kits and that bascially says that the spring rates make it 10% stiffer than stock. However, the new 06-07 kits seem to lower the car more so the spring rates may be different. Please search and you will find a LOT of threads on this as i have explained a lot on them. I set up a group buy a while back and researched a lot about them!

The suspension kits for the AT have stiffer springs, right? I have a 6-speed but might be interesting in getting the AT kit for stiffer springs.
