RSB Bushing

I noticed there are a lot of play in the bushing where the rsb goes through. The rsb is 2 yr old. I order replacement ones already but is this normal where it eats the bushing or not really ?

Comptech RSB uses the rubber. It doesn't really eat it away, but it kinda smushes it. That's common with the Comptech RSB. That happened to the used one I bought and I ordered Energy Poly Bushings. Those don't wear out.

That's interesting. I have exactly the opposite problem. The bushings are so tight that I need to re-grease them every year. If I don't, they start to squeak, and the bar starts to eat away (subtly) at the bushing material. Re-greasing the bushings is a pain, especially on the driver's side, but it's well worth the effort.

Try the 7/8" (22mm) Energy Suspension bushings if yours are too loose.
