I just put my stock suspension back on, once I get an alignment will they be able to get it back to the stock specs, or should I take the rear chamber off?

Edit: Ah, I think you mean camber.

In that case, just remove your camber kit and get an alignment for the front. There's no need for the camber kit with the stock suspension, but it doesn't hurt to leave it there either.
