All of your questions can be answered here. Do a search before you post stuff.

I can't answer the rubbing question (2-3 inches seems like allot to me, but I'm sure there are guys here that should be able to help you out), but I can comment on the wheels. The size of the wheel itself actually has nothing to do with the speedometer calibration (and in turn the ABS, VSA, etc.). It all depends on the size tire you use. As long as you are fairly close diameter wise, your speedometer will remain accurate (plus or minus whatever any variation in diameter the tire you're using is in comparison to OE). For instance, if you're running a tire that is 2% taller than OE, your speedo will read 2% low and vice versa (2% shorter and speedo will read 2% high). As far as the other electronic gizmo's (ABS, VSA), what I understand is that they work on the speed difference between the individual wheels, so as long as all the tires are the same diameter, they won't be affected. Oh, and I'm sure you can't change the calibration on any of that stuff. It's all part of the mysterious "black box". Kidding, but that stuff isn't adjustable. And comparable size 19" tire to stay with OE diameter spec is 235/35x19 I believe.
