Progressive Rear Sway Bar Question

Hey guys, I just got the progressive rear sway bar, and it's an adjustable sway bar. Do you guys recommend using the softest setting or the tighter one?

For those who had tested the two settings, are there any major differences between them?

I have the Progress bar, and I've been running at the stiffest setting the whole time. I like it this way. In fact, I prefer stiffer but no one makes anything bigger than a 22mm bar.

If you look at the Swift Springs site, you'll see it's not a matter of larger diameter=better.
Design and wall thickness is the prime concern.
Best one I've seen that actually bothers to explain the design and how it relates to function.
Pity they've not got one for the TSX yet.

Given the same design, a larger diameter bar is always better...up to a certain size. Then it becomes too much weight and too difficult for bending. When that happens, it's better to go with hollow bar for weight saving, and probably a 3-piece design to eliminate bending. Ever seen the rear swaybar in the RTR TSX? Their bar looks to be something like 1.5" or so. I believe the bar is also hollow. Their mounting method is also different from conventional bushings and D-brackets. This is to reduce loads from the mounting brackets. They also utilize the "blade" design swaybar arms. This design provides infinite amount of adjustability. In racing applications, there are more ways to design a swaybar. But in street applications, most companies just take the factory design and increase the diameter.

use the stiffest, I've had my progress bar for 2 yrs, you won't oversteer even on the stiffest setting
