Progress or Swift springs?

Anybody using them? the search function in worthless. I had Tanabe NF210's on my old car and liked them although they did lower the car a little too much in the rear.

No coilover recommendations please.

Both very good. I know Swift is used by a lot of racers so the brands is something reliable for sure. Don't have direct experience with them on this car.

Progress also a very good company. From what I have felt they tend to ride very nice and handle well. Also used by racers...good brand.

Lowering is about the same on these, as is the spring rate (only off in the rear a little, where the Progress is slightly firmer, which will give a little better handling but may MINUTELY impact ride).
